I was happy that the windowpane die fit into this embossing folder. Also happy that it was a mirror image so that I was able to deboss and emboss. Used a brayer to add the color. See the difference? I lined up the windowpane and die cut twice. The "windows" are sandwiched between the front panel and the card. The shutters open. I used a dryer sheet for curtains and ribbon for the tieback. They are only attached on the back of the front panel so they blow in the breeze. The inside is a tulip themed spring scene stamped onto a mailing label. It has a tree, a bench and a hand carved bluebird perched on the bench. Pretty cute I learned a lot in this creation.

Fabulous, Lori. Great EF and die combination but those curtains with bows steal the show. You get lots of extra cookies! Beautiful card with all your beautiful touches. Hugz

This is so creative, Lori. Love the way you placed the window into the embossing folder. And so many extra bonus points for your unique use of a dryer sheet!

That was a really serendipitous fit. I love the soft weathered look and your delicate curtains. The blue reminds me of Greece but the country charm is more French.
