I made a tag with a bright and textured dry embossed background, using Distress Watercolor Pencils. Start by inking the embossing folder with Distress Ink, mist with water and emboss the paper. When dry. paint with Distress Watercolor Pencils. When the flowers are dry, splatter the tag heavily with the pencils.
Add a little bit of Distress Spritz for glimmer.
Die cut the bow from velvet paper and stamp the sentiments on a stamped banner and on strips of inky paper.
