Yesterday's IC challenge inspired me to break out this new iridescent blue pearl plaster that I bought from Perfect Paints at the Crop on the Cape. OMG. I'm obsessed! You should see the beautiful iridescence of those stars IRL. Anyway, I was inspired by one of the photos that Amy posted in the challenge thread here. I inked up the sky quickly and splattered with Perfect Pearls. Then I spread the pearl plaster through a fabulous star stencil that I also haven't used yet. I hadn't decided what I was going to use in the foreground of my card, until I realized that my cousin's twins turn 16 next week, so I have to make them some birthday cards. This Snoopy driving a car was scanned from a Peanuts coloring book and printed out. I fussy cut him and die cut the Riverside landscape die for a road. This is why I just had to have that die. It's perfect for river, road, snowy/icy scenes. I was in a rush, so I only made one of these. But now I wish I had made two, because I would totally keep one!
