I followed a tutorial by Cocoaandfluff (and included the scoring and cutting image).
It is made with 1 sheet of 12X12 inch paper and a few cuts and folds.
The pockets for the tags is made with the cut away strip.
Just follow the numbers on the photo's...
(1) : front
(2) open and close it
then open to the left (3) and open right side above (4) - (5) backside - (6) diagram.
The materials that I used are in the description boxes.

You make such interesting multi-page cards/books, Niki. Your pages are so pretty and you always use sweet dp's to brighten them up. I'm sure the people that receive these projects appreciate all the effort put into creating them~
