A very simple card CASEing one I saw on Pinterest. I cut a mask on acetate, sponged some of the aperture, leaving white space and finally stamped the sentiment, tree and birds in flight. Great challenge, Faith, along with an amazing story about the swallows.

My favorite kind of card- few elements that are beautifully stamped. I love trees and reverse masking, so this really stands out to me.

The soft blue aperture creates such a peaceful focal point, and the way the tree and birds stretch beyond the masked oval adds a quiet sense of movement. A beautifully restrained design that lets the imagery carry all the emotion.
