Birds are the topic for the Ways to Use It challenge this week. I hadn't used this hummingbird stamp in a while, so I brought it out. The hummer is stamped on watercolor paper with Memento ink, the watercolored. The background panel was made by applying green inks to an EF, then adding paper and embossing it. There are multiple greens in the background, so I used a variety of small paper scraps for the die-cuts and frame around the hummer panel.

The mix of greens in your embossed background creates such a lush setting for the hummingbird, and the soft water coloring gives the little hummer a gentle, lifelike feel. The layered scraps and scalloped frame pull everything together beautifully.
