Hot Pink Birthday

I made this card for both the Alphabet Challenge...this week is Hair color or Hot pink. I chose Hot Pink. I will also be sending this out for the Diehard Punch swap. I used the baby wipe technique. Added a stamped Happy Birthday on a die cut banner. I also added a die cut flower and some gems. TFL
