WCW301, Wishes Come True

Linda has us painting Dandelions this week.
I found some sea salt with truffles in my cupboard that looked to be medium sized grains. The blooms are small but work OK. I mixed all my watercolors and followed the artistâs prompts on proportions.
I had fun building up the dandelions but the white water color pigment would clog up the brush
after a while-so I kept rinsing the brush.

This turned out so gorgeous Suz. I am glad to read it was not only me, I had a hard time using gouache with little water, it was like trying to flick mud haha.

Love how your salt blooms turned out. With your gorgeous dandelions the blooms look like dandelion seeds flying in the air. Such movement in your piece. Great job

Suz, they are so fuzzy and pretty. GREAT job on them and your background came out well. I poured salt all over my bg and nothing happened - it doesn't work so well with Brushos. Lovely card. Hugz
