This week Pat and Angie have us sending cards to our beloved Jeanne S. who has been dealing with a lot of loss and stress and could use a little Teapotter love. Jeanne loves her dogs, humor, chickens, Mixed Media, and color. I captured some of her loves here.
I made the wooden background with the left over watercolor that I used on the chicken coop and critters, and then I scored it, sponged on some ink, and drew in wood markings.
Notice one of the chickens is actually a squirrel - seemed to go with the sentiment.

How fabulous and funny is your adorable and beautifully created scene here, Nancy! I completely noticed your squirrel in the chicken parade and got a chuckle reading your sentiment. I’m sure all the love you put into this will give a little lift to Jeanne’s spirit.

what a stunning card.. I caught that squirrel immediately.. so adorable. Love the watercolored chicken coup.. the details are amazing. this is such a fantastic card, Jeanne will love it.

What a clever stamp! I love the woodsy colors you used. There probably are squirrels in a chicken coop, they try to get in my birdfeeders all the time! Great card!

Fantastic scene you have made for her, and yes I did notice the squirrel right away and gave me a good chuckle when I read the sentiment, she will love this!
