Decided to try the TLC today. I blended a light layer of Blueprint Sketch distress ink on white cardstock. Instead of stamping on top of the lighter layer as suggested, I chose to stencil over it using Distress Oxide, also in Blueprint Sketch. Die cut the design and popped it up onto two matching layers in white and blue. My white base layer was dry embossed using a very old Cuttlebug embossing folder called Kassie's Brocade that was similar to the stencil I used. Added a sentiment and called it done. As seen in the inset in the corner, I used my scrap pieces to create a space for a message on the inside of the card. Thanks for taking a peek.
