Layers of ink
I got three neon alcohol ink and they really are neon! It is like the page is almost too bright to look at at times. The colors reminded me of a pair of shorts that I sewed as a teenager (I made a lot of my own clothes). That inspired this page.
Apply alcohol ink to Yupo paper with a felt ink-blending tool. Add drops of ink and blending solution until you are happy with the look. Stamp sentiments and images.
White emboss rings in the background and stamp more sentiments.
Die cut the title from Luxe glitter, which looks like disco balls. Add sequins and film strip ribbons.
