More details on my blog:
Layers of ink

I created a textured background with an embossing folder, embossing powder and mists.

Ink the embossing folder with embossing ink. Emboss watercolor paper in the folder and sprinkle with white embossing powder. Don't worry about stray powder. Melt the powder with a heat tool. Be careful not to burn yourself.

Mist the paper with Distress Spray Stain and a little Distress Spritz. Die cut the sentiment and mist with Distress Spritz. Die cut again from blue cardstock. Die cut the mat from silver vellum.

White emboss the second sentiment on silver vellum.

Thank you so much for looking!
Happy stamping!

Oh my my, that embossed background is superb. I had to read the instructions a few times to understand how you created it, worth the effort, it is just amazing, I’m so impressed. Faved so I can try it one day!
