 | | I am trying to get myself back into a routine of creating more frequently and then actually uploading my creations. I've ignored my gallery for almost 4 years... I liked the colour theme of the current Alpha Challenge so figured I'd use that as my incentive to get going.
This one is for the letter B - Suggestions include blue, brown or black.
This card is a sympathy card for a dear friend whose husband recently passed away. She's a huge fan of owls so I thought she'd appreciate this - I also have a wonderfully soft and cuddly stuffed owl to go with it.
Printed the Etsy image of the owl on matte photo paper. Die cut the centre part of the image to give it some dimension. Brushed the edges of the image with some sepia ink and added some highlights to the snow on the branches with a glitter brush. I put all the sentiments on the inside of the card as I didn't want to distract any attention from this wonderful little owl. |
