I am trying to get myself back into a routine of creating more frequently and then actually uploading my creations. I've ignored my gallery for almost 4 years... I liked the colour theme of the current Alpha Challenge so figured I'd use that as my incentive to get going.
My husband and I recently helped one of our daughters prepare and serve a meal at a nearby Ronald McDonald House as part of their Home for Dinner program. I talked to the staff about donating cards, so now I'm on a mission to see how many I can create and deliver whenever I'm near the House. Our oldest daughter spent a month in at a RMH when her twins were born prematurely so it's a place that's near and dear to my heart.
I think I actually have all of the suggested colours for the letter A in this set of cards - avocado, amber and/or artichoke. The sunflower paper is from an Etsy digital paper set I found. Cropped the image to card size and printed four to a page on matte photo paper. Added some glitter brush highlights to the centres of the flowers. Die cut a variety of sentiments and added a stamped verse on the inside of each card using a coordinating image.
4 more cards in my RMH box...

The sunflower panel has such an uplifting glow, and the way you cropped and printed it gives each card a really polished, intentional look. The soft glitter on the centers adds just enough sparkle to catch the eye without competing with the bold blooms. The mix of die cut sentiments works beautifully with the warm palette, and the coordinating verse inside makes the set feel complete and heartfelt. A wonderful start to your RMH collection, and a lovely way to jump back into creating.
