Great card! The bird on the branch makes a striking silhouette, and I love how the swirl embellishment matches the embossed swirls. This would make an awesome Halloween card.

The red gem eye is the "spark" to this lovely card done in black/gold. The overall embossing gives added textural interest.

A golden oldie EF, and using the black border was a great way of making it full the card front. Those earlier folders are far too short for a standard metric card, easier to work into your A2. Lovely bird die making for a very versatile card.

The embossed swirls give the whole design a graceful sense of movement, and the black and gold pairing makes that bird silhouette feel especially striking. The single red gem adds just the right spark of contrast, drawing the eye without overwhelming the simplicity of the layout.

Silhouettes are a great way to use black. The swirly background adds a lot of interest behind the bird, too.
