SPIN:
The pretty paper in the inspiration reminded me of an old background stamp that I have in my stash. I inked it up with several pink/coral inks and spritzed it with water before stamping it onto watercolour cardstock. I hand painted the centres, and spritz/stamped some leaves. Much easier than trying to draw it all myself! lol!
Instead of adding a horizontal strip, I trimmed my panel and spit it in two. This helps draw the eye to the die cut hello sentiment. If finished with some gold doodling on the flower centres. |
