 | | I made this card for one friend using stamps gifted by another. It will be returning to a neigbouring state. I stamped and die cut the tulips and then painted them with watercolours. The opening in the white panel was left from a card made at a friends last week so I die cut it with the fancy square die and mounted it on black. I die cut the DP with a pretty border die.
