I've started by stamping the truck and different flowers on water color paper and water colored them, using water color and metallic water color which has a shiny look, used gel pens to highlight, stamped the birthday sentiment, popped this on a panel made for Lydia's challenge a while ago: Magic Embossing Reveal Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
This is also for Marilynn's mixed media challenge, I hope people will remind me being generous, if I had money I would send trucks of flowers for every birthday, and I think people will remind me being creative
