I was inspired by God Bless America! by ntowry at Splitcoaststampers which led to a whole new idea, thanks to Nancy ntowry and her two ribbons. I kept the square focal single image with a metallic border and used outstretched wings instead of arms. I stamped the dragonfly onto an alcohol shaving cream panel for to save on coloring, then filled in with WC markers and Wink of Stella. I cut it out and put it onto a confetti-esque Brusho panel from my stash The completed square panel is attached only to the ribbons with thin double stick tape so the whole panel swings A fun card to create. I've since added Diamond Glaze to the eyes so they really pop

I love that you and I went to different ends of the spectrum in interpreting Nancy's card - I stayed close to the original and you took it in a wild and wonderful new direction!

The motion you built into this design is such a clever extension of your inspiration piece. The dragonfly feels alive against that energetic Brusho background, and the alcohol‑shaving‑cream panel gives the wings such rich, organic color. The metallic frame and ribbon suspension add a polished, dimensional finish that makes the focal panel stand out beautifully.
