 | | Congratulations to Nancy also known here as ntowry, this week's Featured Stamper. As I was browsing her gallery, I came across this Brother's Birthday card which immediately made me think of an art piece I made years ago at a stamp club meeting. It's time to use it before it gets damaged . . . .
Things I changed: Orientation to portrait, Different art piece and sentiment, reconfigured layout.
While I no longer remember the mfg of the ART stamp, the Technique can be found in this tutorial Acetate & Tissue - I used the option to add iridescent glitter . . . .
I tried multiple options for framing before deciding on the gold for the Art Piece as it really accentuated the glitter in the piece.
(Sadly, no camera angle really captured the glittery beauty of my ART piece . . .) I printed my sentiment on vellum then framed with more gold. The midnight glitter strip running through the center of my card acts as an easel on which I hung my artwork and sentiment, enhanced with several homemade enamel dots.
