hi there,
Today we are being inspired by the Anthropology site where I found this cute:

I used the newly released Celtic Mask stencil and inked 2 pieces of cardstock with shades of blue. I cut the design from the lighter inked piece so I could use it to layer over the darker one.

Nice to have you as a "neighbor"(in more ways than one) ; )! Love your card with the sweet penguin. He looks like an ice skater to me going around the rink and leaving his skate marks in the ice. (Can you tell I'm watching the Olympics....a lot??) Great card in beautiful blues.
