IC1054 - Anthropology - INSPIRATION

For this card, I was inspired by the patchwork on the beautiful dress and pulled out my stack of one inch paper square scraps to create a coordinating patchwork background. Each piece was adhered to white cardstock and then trimmed to fit a 4.25 x 5.5 black card base.

The card is finished with a thank you sentiment on an oval, popped up on dimensionals and layered over a scalloped oval for a clean, classic focal point.

I always think I am going to turn my scraps into cool Quilted vibe cards and I never do, I find it so hard to line up the pieces so, I love how straight this is and how all these patterns work together. ( that is very impressive to me)
