My card for the C challenge using Cranberry, Cream and Chartreuse.

I used another Wellington Bear decoupage as it had cream and touches of Cranberry in the BG, I saw Chartreuse was a limey kind of colour so I found a piece of DP that I had in my stash with another layer of Cranberry ish coloured card and a piece of twine
