For these I used 2 5/8 inch by 5 1/2 inch strips of white paper vellum. (You could also use cardstock vellum) You need 2 that size. The cardstock is 1 inch by 5 1/2 inches. Do any decorating or hole punching on the cardstock part. Then Stamp your vellum. Then put some double stick tape on the back side of the cardstock strips and tape the vellum to it. Make sure your pretty decorated side is facing out. Then you can either attach the outside edge with a 2 way glue pen - I just draw one thin line on the outside edge of the vellum (the far left and far right edges. Then give that a couple of minutes to dry before you put it around the votive.
OR - you can punch hole through both layers and lace them up with cord and tie it. That holds it together.
Adjust height of the papers
to match your votives - that measurement fits the glasses I got. It is fun and easy!
