An Oregon tribute to the Mining Days for Brenda's VSN. Sadly, the stagecoach stamp is so old it's damaged. but I though that was kind of fitting given that we're going back to the 1800's.

What a fun, vintage Western image! I didn't notice the damage on the covered wagon stamp till I read your description. Great scene you've created, and I love the "Howdy" die cut!

The scene you created is wonderful! Your vintage themed stamps are really unique and so nice for this challenge. I enjoyed looking at all the details in your card!

The vintage feel of this scene is wonderful, especially with the way the mountains and parchment tones set the mood. The worn detail on the stagecoach actually adds to the sense of age and history, and the masked landscape pulls everything together beautifully. The bold Howdy die cut is the perfect finishing touch for this Western tribute.

Oh my goodness, Laurie! Vintage stamps are my favorites. They often tell stories worth paying attention to. Thanks for playing along with the gold mining challenge.

You had the perfect stamps for this challenge. I love that you included a covered bridge image too. There is a lovely covered bridge near the freeway in western Oregon.
