Layers of ink
I made a heart tag in shades of pink and red, with a tiny bit of gold. The background was done with white embossing, Distress Ink and a little bit of glitter. You can of course use the techniques for a card too.
White emboss the lined hearts and small hearts. Ink the tag with Distress Ink. Mist water on a non-stick craft sheet and press the tag into the water. When dry, add Stickles to the small hearts. White emboss the title on gloss cardstock and ink with Distress Ink. Die cut with the coordinating die. Die cut from gold glitter paper too and off-set.
Stamp small sentiments and arrows and die cut. Die cut flowers from left-over inky paper, shape, layer and add a gem in the center.
