 | | Chat is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week, and she has given us a beautiful, kinda monochromatic palette. Her colors are Fresh Freesia, Bubble Bath and Black. The dessert option is "anything goes," so I added a darker purple color as my dessert option.
This month's challenge on the Fans of Taylored Expressions Facebook Group is to use more than one color on a stamp, and this color palette was perfect! I carefully applied the three colors of ink onto the stamp, and then used my finger to gently blend the inks where the colors met. The upper portion was pretty successful, and the lower portion is conveniently covered with the greeting! :-)
I die cut the panel and added it to a black panel, and then onto a white card base. Added the sentiment strip and a few little pink stars, and my card is complete!
This beautiful palette lends itself to so many designs, and the dessert option gives you a lot of freedom; so play along with us this week, and let's see your beautiful creation!
