Exercise??? Meh. My plan for the year is to 'radiate positivity' even though it would be very easy to crawl under my bed and not come out for a few years. I've found that being kind, friendly, greeting people who look like they're going to walk right past you. It's actually kind of fun to see their reactions. Also pay it forward. I helped a lady carry in way too many packages for mailing at the post office because she was going to drop them if I didn't. A lady helped me at the grocery store when I dropped my wallet and all my change and cards fell out. I told the worker at the post office how nice and friendly they are, compared to my hometown post office, which I didn't enjoy going to if a certain person was behind the counter. I want people to think of others instead of themselves and that should start with me.
I hope the family who receives this will smile and be positive about their little ones health and future.
