 | | I used yesterday's sketch to create the card for the last ABC23 challenge. Z is for Zenith radio but I decided to focus on a Zenith television, since that's the first TV my parents bought in the 50's. This card has a sort of 'I Love Lucy' vibe.
I happen to have a couple of TV dies (must have forgotten I already had one) so I cut that out of a woodgrain paper, since most TVs came in a wooden case. I colored parts of it with a silver pen.
I bought myself a Pink & Main foiling machine for Christmas and, so far, I love it! I love shiny stuff! I've never wanted any of the other fancy machines but this machine wasn't a huge investment and it is very easy to use. The other reason I bought it is I had bought some of the Foilables, thinking I could foil them without a machine. Nope, Jean, silly you! So I had these Foilables sitting around. Prepare yourself to be bedazzled continually!
I'm guessing I'll send this to one of my siblings since at least my brother will remember the Zenith. Thanks for the challenges! |
