Today is National Hot Tea Day, I've never heard about that before today.
I thought using real hot tea would be fun, I opened an herbal red fruit tea bag and emptied it in a bowl, added hot water, and gave my die cut coffee filter flowers a bath die cut also some cups
once dried with my hot gun I've layered the flowers and added some die cut gold mirror in the flower hearts and in my row of cups
My kitchen smells red fruit!!

I am a tea drinker myself and I've never heard National Hot Tea Day either. I love what you've done with your teabag, I didn't know there was red fruit tea either. I'm an Earl Gray fan myself. Anyway, I love your flowers and those adorable little cups. What a great card.

Aside from creating your own coloured filters/flowers, Anita, I love that you haven't added a sentiment, making it appropriate for any occasion. The border of tiny teacups is perfect.

The tea‑infused color on your flowers is gorgeous, and the way the coffee filters absorbed the red fruit tones gives them such a soft, natural variation. The gold mirror accents add just the right touch of shine, and that row of tiny cups creates a charming, perfectly balanced border. Such an inventive and beautifully executed idea.
