 | | This is for the second to last ABC23Y is for yo-yo and the tea party for Anne. I hope she thinks this is funny; I had a moment where I thought I could combine the challenges.
I have a yo-yo maker, which is a device to make 'yo-yos' for quilting. I made it yesterday, not sure how I would use it today. Doesn't fit the sketch, how about the tea party for Anne?? Looked up some jokes about yo-yos and found the one on the front. The answer? 'It has its ups and downs', which will be on the inside.
Anne's life, along with her husband, has been full of ups and downs, I'm guessing, and I honor her for her care of him. I hope she smiles and maybe he will too.
The background is a piece of stash that I'm slowly but surely using up (sprays, a stencil, some ink). It happened to work with the colors of the yo-yo and a circular shape. I doodled a stem and added a button center so it would look like a flower.
