 | | FS987 - This week's incredibly talented Featured Stamper is Lori Smith aka mybugandi45. I found this INSPIRATION.
The rainbow of colors in Lori's inspiration immediately reminded me of this gorgeous Whimsy Stamps paper. I had a small leftover panel from a previous project, so I trimmed it into narrow strips and framed each one with black cardstock for crisp definition. The strips are arranged over a polka-dot background, which is also framed in black before being adhered to the card base.
To finish the design, I added a popped-up Congratulations sentiment and a scattering of sequins for a little celebratory sparkle.
