I like the combination of the globe papers with the white maps, they look like flower heads! I need to use banner layouts more.

Your bargello banner is such a smart way to bring movement into a clean layout. The globe patterns read almost like stylized petals, and that contrast against the crisp white space gives the whole design a lifted, airy feel. The embossed clock anchors everything with just the right amount of shine, and the sentiment ties the theme together with an effortless wink.
