| | I had just assembled a card that was based on SC819 and was in the process of cleaning off my workspace. I used this DSP a lot in my Christmas cards this year, and I thought I'd give it one more go. Since the layout was fresh on my mind, I used the SCS Sketch 819.
There were scraps of glitter paper that I had trimmed off a previous project. I decided to use that as the diagonal lines. They weren't uniform scraps, but I thought it would add interest.
I was looking for a snowflake stamp/die and I ran across the ornament. I thought that might work, especially if I paired with the Snowflake Rub-on. I have never used a Rub-on before. I think I probably should have added the Rub-on before I die-cut.
I am very pleased with the look of this Christmas card, especially for how quick it came together. |
