CC1084 Winter Hugs

When I seen Mary's color challenge I thought of the very first snowflake card I ever made (with these colors doing white heat embossed SU lace snowflakes on Navy) with some sliver ribbon they had a very long time ago... so, My brain said do a Snowflake card.
I pulled out a bunch of dies I have had a while and not play with as of yet. there are foam pop dots between some of the layers of the snow pile and I have a shimmery shot in the phone but, not a blog post yet. Thanks for this challenge Mary & tfl.
