This card is for today's sketch challenge and alphabet challenge letter X is for xylograph which I found to be an engraving or print made from a carved wooden block, a technique called xylography or woodblock printing, where an image is carved in relief, inked, and pressed onto paper which made me think of Gina K's faux carved wood technique.
I started this card by making the faux carved wood background following Gina K's technique found in this video: . Green snow? Why not?
I die cut my focal image and cut my other pieces matting everything with white glitter paper.
Thanks for the challenges and thanks for looking!

Oh my goodness! How lovely is this! Your green snowflake background is beautiful and the plaid panel and red sentiment circle really stands out nicely against it. Thanks so much for the link to that Gina K video.

Stunning Christmas card, Catherine. Love how you created the main bg panel and your mix of pattern throughout the card is lovely. The main circle is so pretty with the pines and the shadow greeting.
