 | | The challenge at my stamping ZOOM last night was to create a Christmas card using elements from Father's Day. I first reached for my Paper Pumpkin kits that relate to fathers. I used some of the paper elements from the May 2024 kit. Then I poked around in my Christmas scrap box and found a tradition Santa image that I fussy cut. I added some blended ink to a white tag from the PP Kit. I die cut some pine sprigs and added shading and highlights. I found two different stamps with similar fonts and sizing. I stamped just the Father from a Happy Father's Day stamp and then just the Christmas from an O Christmas Tree stamp and white embossed them on some Early Expresso CS. I used an alcohol marker to change the shade of the white embossing. I arranged everything and added the glittery red sequins. |
