My friend Kelly invited another friend and me to join her in a year-long series in 2019 and we've had so much fun with it that we've been doing it ever since. The 12 + 1 series is a simple concept - choose one stamp (not a whole set, just one stamp) and use it on a card each month of the year. Additional sentiments are allowed but optional.
We've each chosen a different stamp each year. This year I chose the bloom from Gina K's Modern Floral stamp set. Modern. Funky. And FUN. This was a challenging choice, but I've enjoyed creating with the bloom each month this year.
This month I did some ink blending using a stencil to create the design on the image.
