 | | This week Kia has given us a video about easy Christmas watercolor cards. I chose to do just one. This also will be for this week's FS982. Nancy has chosen a group of featured stampers from the past. My choice is FS84 lazylizard. She is a wonderful addition to this community with her beautiful gallery and encouragement she gives us with her comments. Congrats, Liz. This is the card I chose to case.
Liz's CAS770 and TLC979 by lazylizard at Splitcoaststampers
Sketched the holly like the artist and added a ribbon and snowtex. Liz used a stamp and colored with copics. Framed it with cardstock and sponged the edges. It was a fun video to watch. This was my second attempt. I used some watercolors that didn't really bleed like I wanted on the first attempt. Second attempt used my favorite Daniel Smiths paints, much better at bleeding. Hand penned with a white gel pen the sentiment. If you need a fast card this is a video for you. TFL |
