Annoyingly after having grabbed some time today to give this a go I picked up the wrong paper - looked like watercolour but it was mixed media so didn't behave the same. I roughly stuck to the tutorial but as usual did my own thing here and there. I am using for my December calendar page as there is little time for any other detailed paintings.

Oh my goodness, this is beautiful and works great as a calendar page. I had been wondering where your new one was or if you had painted one. I like the changes you made here. I know, time is short here, too.
