Hubs in hospital, headed there now, details later
I PROMISE you, the gingerbread is Early Espresso, not black.
I am home from my visit with the hubs. He seems a bit better, & needs some intense PT.
For my card, I already had the tree punched, so all I did was 'decorate' it was IBBG & gold ink. That gave me the idea for the Early Espresso gingermen. I punched them & stamped in Whisper White. Their ties are Strawberry Slush. I stamped & colored with blends, the sentiment. I used my paper snips to flag the ends & popped it up. I had already had the embossing done for another project, so I used it. I like how this turned out. I'm going to a card swap on Saturday, so this will be one of the cards.
Thanks for thoughts & prayers for my DH. I hope he will be home soon.
Thanks for stopping by.
**Nancy suggested that these be chocolate - I like that!!
THANKS Nancy!

Oh no....so sorry about your hubs and wishing him well. Your gingerbread guys are adorable and you have used a pretty embossing folder. Cute tree, too. Take care.

Karen these little gingerbread men are adorable. I could eat chocolate gingerbread men!! I sometimes like to use Early Espresso to stamp images as it’s not quite as stark as black. Cute! Sorry to hear about your husband. Hope he is on the mend soon.
