Totally CASEd this from JulieHRR! Absolutely loved her idea, but couldn't find the foil tape so used micro beads instead. My stamp campers will be making this today and I know it will be a big hit! I'm also going to make a bunch to sell at a craft fair in November. This was way easy and so cool looking. Thanks so much Julie for the great idea!!

Thanks so much everyone! I kid you not, this is one of the fastest and easiest projects I've ever done.
As for attaching the vellum to the holder, I measured it out so there was about 1/4 inch overlap. Then I ran a strip of monoadhesive along the edge on one end. Roll the vellum around the holder (try to keep it as tight as you can) starting with the end WITHOUT tape, then overlap the taped end as you finish. Does that make sense?! LOL! If there is a little bit of tape that doesn't get covered, take your gum eraser and rub it off - not too rough or you might tear the vellum although it's pretty sturdy stuff. Hope this answers the question. If not, let me know and I'll try again...
