WT1079 - Old and Dusty

For my card, I reached into a bin filled with premade flowers, brads, gems, and other fun embellishments, many of which I purchased years ago when Archivers was still around. These were some of my very first cardmaking supplies, and it was a joy to revisit them.

I layered several designer papers with white matting to build the layout, then finished it off with a flower embellishment secured by a green brad at the center.

To complete the card, I added a birthday sentiment popped up on dimensionals for a touch of depth.

I love your mix of papers on this and adding that gorgeous plaid in those colors really packs a punch. Wonderful layout too with all the different shapes!

Archivers ... now there is a blast from the past for sure. Everytime I'd go to Akron for a nursing school lunch, I'd try to get there. I'd bet I have some of their stuff, somewhere... I really like your mix of papers and this is a great birthday card, looks modern!
