 | | Good evening! I am feeling so behind on doing my challenges the last few weeks and I wanted to play! Today I bring a combination card for challenges CC1078 Color Combo, SC1088 Sketch. This one turned out so beautiful and I LOVE the Early Espresso ink paired with the Gray Granite cardstock. I wouldn't have thought to put these two particular colors together in a combo, but it really works well. Since the sketch used multiple elements to pull together I wanted the focal point to be simple and a place for the eyes to rest. I took my inspiration from the look of stamping white on kraft. Understated yet striking was what I was going for. Delicate line art with a bolder sentiment really helps it to stand out. I hope you enjoyed and thank you for looking! |
