MMTPT - Sabrina and Sue have us sending cards to Sue's sister, Ann. Ann has been struggling and needs some love. She loves flowers and our prompt is to use water somehow in our creation. I was inspired by the cookie picture in the post and drew a watering can full of flowers and leaves and placed them on a shelf. I also used watercolors.
Since this week's color challenge is pecan pie, granite, and early expresso, I stayed with those colors plus some neutrals. For the background panel, I was inspired by the paper Karen had on her card - I loved that look. I will try it again one day using Snow Front and a darker color on plain white paper instead of watercolor paper.

Beautiful painting, Nancy! Your flowers in the can are so unique keeping them in the neutral shades. Your card looks like an autumn scene and I especially like the way you made the wooden piece~
