WT1078 - Show Off Your Hats

For this card, I used a fun birthday hat die cut from Honey Bee Stamps and assembled all the layers. Once the hat was complete, I placed it on a birthday-embossed panel and added a few extra layers for more interest.

To finish the design, I decorated the party hat with gems, scattered a few candy dots around the card, and popped up the birthday sentiment on dimensionals for added dimension.

The old and the new in perfect harmony, Lisa! This is so bright, cheery and fun. Loads of little pieces to assemble on that brim, but boy, is it ever effective. I love how you used your birthday ef in the bg. It lends such wonderful texture for your hat to POP on.
