Layers of ink
Here's a quick card that you can make with embossing folders. Ink the folder with Distress Ink. Mist the paper with water and dry emboss.
Paint the design with watercolor paint and splatter with more paint. Mount on cardstock and stitch around the edges.
Stamp the sentiment and die cut with the coordinating die. Add gems here and there on the wreath.
