TLC1080 - Sabrina wants us to do embossing folder stamping

I followed the tutorial as close as I could. I used Shabby Shutter DI for the ef. I may have gotten it too wet, but I stamped it onto watercolor paper. After it was dry, I inked the folder again & 'stamped' again. Then I used LAAT & stamped some pines in Handsome Hunter, using MISTI. I will probably add a die cut Merry Christmas sentiment, and probably in red.
This was interesting to do. I'll try just about anything at least once. Thanks for the challenge.

I really like the effect of the leaves in the background combined with that classic pine tree. I see your watercolour paper is very textured - that must make stamping on it hard, no?

Your card combining leaves and trees is lovely. The technique worked pretty well, especially when compared to my acrylic paint attempt!
