IC1038_Stocking

I was playing with my gel plate yesterday and pulled out one piece to use for my stocking shape. It was only on copy paper so I had to be very careful when I painted in with the Distress Inks. I stamped the poinsettia and holly in Versafine Clair. I did cut the sentiment and used a die to emboss the card base. My inspiration was the right stocking here (https://www.greenrow.com/products/fl...work-stocking/)

Wow, this is such a beautiful card. The combination of the gel plate technique for the stocking and the stamped poinsettias and holly is stunning. The die-cut sentiment and embossed card base add a lovely, finished touch.
