 | | I cut the pistils out of two shades of blue paper, plus a matte gold version and glued them together. You can't see it in the photo, but there is lots of metallic thread in figure 8s behind the starburst. I added shiny dots to the centre and added jewels to the gold dots.
To prepare the card base I stamped the circular background stars in various shades of blue, and splattered it with gold and blue inks. When everything was dry I assembled all the elements and glued them down in a pleasing arrangement. |
